Party Here, Party There, Everywhere...

Last weekend saw myself having two nights of ultimate great partying.

Saturday was at MoS clubbing away wif Leow n Lester. A revisit (as Leow put it) of tat clubbing palace after four months and how i have miss my dearest Studio 54, and whereas for Leow, the main arena.

Well why we went down on tat particular day is because, instead of having to fork out $25 (or $15 for entry before 10.30pm), we only paid 10 bucks to go in, which oso comes with a drink. This special price tickets was gotten with the help of our current NUS student, Lester, as tat day was his Hall's orientation bash being held there.

Anyway talking about drinks, we have had so much difficulties in trying to get smethg to quench our thirst for that nite. First, picking up drinks at the wrong bar counter. They told us only allowed to collect it at the "Smoove" arena.

"Alright then", i thot.

Second, after using all our might to squeeze through that big orgy of hip-hop lovin' clubbers and making it to the bar counter, was told have to queue up in order to get the drinks. (Which I dun get it when i oso neva see any queues existing in other arenas).

"Fine..." (gettin abit pissed)

Finally, after managing to get into the queue and waited so long for our turn to come, only to hear this from the waiter: "Sorry you've exceeded the timing to collect the drinks, only till 12am. (It was 1am+ at that time)."

"Duh..." (totally fed up!)

On top of tat i have to face with this rude and criminally bad attitude from one of their staffs, tat bespectacled, pony-tailed hair waitress whom i'll remembered for keep on desperately poking at my back wif dunno wat (a glass bottle or smethg) while i was trying to get my instructions heard to another waiter, juz bec i'm blocking her way. Oh can't she just wait for a while??... Freak...

We all got so paik-cik and lifeless after running around places and in the end didn't get even manage to get a slip or smethg. For that very night we've turned into good citizens who are alcoholic-free.

Just before our clubbing session, the three of us were oso actually hanging out at another nightspot - a karaoke bar at Boat Quay which is, not "a" but "many" stones' throw away frm MoS. Together with another grp of sec sch pals, we were there to celebrate one of our gal classmates' 21st birthday party.

Oh boy i thot this place was complicated. Everywhere cigarettes' smoke reeking in the air (which i hate); Cramped and messy layout of furnitures; People inside are as if vying for who got the loudest voice. We have girls who scream/shout while at hand-guessing games; K (for karaoke) -fans belting out loudly their tunes; and then pple like us who were thr to chit-chat n sing "Happy Birthday" song with the top of our voices in order to get heard. You'd freak out more than u chill out at a place like this.

Comin' on to Sunday, it was hanging-out at our good pal, Tiong Lee's house, for his 21st birthday function. Wow quite a number of people turned up in fact and they mostly are made up of his NTU khakis. Gosh and they were really wild in comin' up with all sorts of funny ideas to tease our birthday boy during the mini games session. Heehee...

Towards the end i have to give his birthday cake-cutting session a miss as i have to rush off to another party elsewhere. Haha sounded like i'm a performer running getai... so busy man... =D

After these two nights of eating, drinking and merrying, you'd definitely expect to see me reporting to work the next day with a shagged face shown. Ha!

Aaahh freak out!
