Caught In A Trap

Pui! So suay last night, got TRAPPED in the LIFT of my block when returning home from work. My first time to experience such a thing...

Nearly scared the hell out of me when the lift suddenly stopped and the door just wouldn't open. The immediate thing I did is keep pressing the Emergency button frantically. (Finally got the chance to press this button for as many times as I want).

Thank god the lights inside are still on, and no they didn't flicker. Nothing supernatural or of any sort was going on. But thoughts did ran wild in my mind as I could imagine the ventilation fan above would suddenly open and popped out a hideous face giving me a smug look.

Or even might the lift cables would snap and there goes, "Weee..."

Did a check on my handphone, nope it's not flat, so quickly make a call back home to ask Mum to call for the lift maintenance people. Waited for almost 15 minutes before "Someone come and rescue me...", so sings Rihanna. Must really applaud for their efficiency while I'm sweating and thirsting for fresh air in there.
