Pong!

Seems like mahjong fever is burning up these days.

Following last Monday's mahjong madness with my classmates, the guys had another session again two days later at Gorgeous's place and burning midnight oil for it this time. They really can be so "siao-on" (Hokkien for enthusiastic) when it comes to mahjong yea?

Of course this time round without me joining them 'cause I'm down with sore eyes. And also, yeah, still feeling sore over the lost. Haha.

But I had a mini friendly session of mahjong (without playing money) with my long-time friend, Val, and her sister, when me and my family dropped by her house for dinner yesterday.

And, proud enough to say, after the game last night, I think I'm getting to know mahjong well. But I still think I'd become the biggest loser when it comes to playing. Hahaha...

Having talk about mahjong, it was also reported in today's The Sunday Newpaper that mahjong is fast gaining popularity amongst young Singaporeans, much akin to the online gaming craze. So what does this means?

It's time for us to play mahjong! "Pong!"
