Dead Beat

I'm oh so dead beat now.

Just got back not long ago from walking around town for half the day with my friend. It's clearly an indication that my stamina is deproving as I hardly have any problems of making repeated trips to and fro Orchard Road and Plaza Singapura in the past. And then it's more of window-shopping for me today because I'm currently on a cash-fast for Christmas celebration next week.

I thought it's kind of a lousy day to be out because, apart from having to repress my itchiness for shopping, the weather today is pretty hot and humid and walking in the streets with the big weekend crowd worsened it. I arrived home feeling all sticky and uncomfortable over, such that the first I do is to take a bath. Well I've also felt pretty irritated by those community work volunteers on the streets, who for every 10 steps I take, one would appeared in front of me asking for donations. I can't remember how many times I've told them that I've donated.

Oh and about that, I've noticed how the look of donation-boxes have changed today. The most commonly seen ones are those aluminium tins, but today I saw some people holding donation boxes which are tube-shaped and black in colour. Because from far I didn't notice clearly and seriously, I thought they looked like they're holding a thick black dick/dildo asking for donaters to insert money through a slot at the top.
