Double Two 'Tons of Fun

I'm the HAPPIEST guy in the world yesterday.

All through the day I'd been smiling and smiling, laughing and laughing, until I can start to feel that my mouth and cheeks are developing cramps.

That's all because I had the company of my beloved Sec. Sch. friends who must have crack their heads hard and came up with various activities and surprises to help celebrate my 22nd birthday. From the plan to have steamboat at Singapore Shopping Centre (which the restaurant doesn't even exist there!) to end up appearing at Park Mall's Fish & Co, I never knew that was a trick plotted by my most trustable buddy Leow. How evil... but it's for a good cause. Ha!

From there, I was joined by the special appearances of Commando Phua, Suan Wood, Gloria and Daniel, and together we proceeded to have a sumptous meal of seafood platter, fish & chips and jungle freeze. In the midst of that, a live band was also playing at downstairs the restaurant.

I starting laughing when I heard my name being mentioned over the speakers and followed by a 'Happy Birthday' song which was specially sang and dedicated to me at the request of the maddy duos, Suan Wood and Gloria. They even mentioned something about me as the Mambo King. -.-" Hahaha...

Nearing to the end, another surprise was set upon me as Pei Sun and Lee Kean took the excuse to visit the washroom and then secretly crept behind my back yo present to me - a beautiful candle-lighted chocolate cake! Well, and what happened after which I needn't have to explain. =)

After the little party at Fish & Co, immediately we fled to the next destination - Holland Village. Damn! I was tricked by Leow again into believing him that we're gonna watch "Fast Food Nation" the movie. =D

So there we were at Holland Village not to chill-out, not to eat Nasi-Lemak, neither to read magazines, but to play board games! We settled ourselves down at Settlers' Cafe where it's the same concept as Minds Cafe - the place for you to settle down to eat, drink while playing games.

The cafe was located at the first floor of a HDB flat and we nearly had a shock at first because the whole place looks like a gambling den. When you enter, you see people sitting around the table with games laid infront of them and all shouting, laughing and some banging the tables, nearly tearing down the house. I wonder what would the neighbours above say?

But soon after when we got into the hang of the games, we found ourselves to be like those people as well. From then we know, making noise is a way of showing we have fun playing the games.

So that was how my 22nd birthday was celebrated. And I certainly wouldn't have enjoyed myself that much without these fellas whom I've known for 10 years. Right here really wanna sincerely expressed my BIGGEST THANKS to them! Life wouldn't have been that fun and exciting if not for you people.

Oh and thanks for all the gifts as well! They meant alot to me. =) I'm lovin' it!
